The Idea

After a few rounds of feedback and retail research by the Retail Marketing team, ShopBack was lacking its brand recall on retail grounds and has proven to be not very effective in communicating to users.

After a few rounds of retail research and feedback, the team concluded that the first version of POSM was lacking in conveying campaign awareness effectively due to its dark variation.

The task here was to relook into the brand guidelines with the Design team and improve the effectiveness of retail coverage.

The Solution

To counter the lack of visibility in-store, the team proposed that ShopBack’s OrangeBeat be established as the primary colour for retail usage to improve brand presence and awareness within the merchant stores.
